Amen, Kemi, I had the same issue with my daughter found out they were doing yoga. It was terrible I had to confront it and told her we don’t do yoga. You’re right. We have to remain vigilant.
Thanks Tan. I’ve had to speak to my older girls about this since my oldest was in 2nd 3rd grade. It was yoga now it’s the mindfulness. Thank God I had told them about it before. They actually had those exercises in their virtual class and did not participate. We must remain vigilant, attentive and prayerful in everything they do.

Yes, these things can creep into trendy churches or churches trying to broaden their appeal. We never need to be openly hostile to such people but we always need to be completely and radically honest, regardless. Speak softly, but always speak the truth in love.
